Where to get information
You can get updated information at mysuncoast.com for the City of Venice and on our Social Website at ridgewoodvenice.com for park information.
Very Important! Law Enforcement is traveling around the City of Venice requesting permits for those doing construction on their home. We have a printout in the clubhouse of what is ok and what isn’t, or you can visit our social website for the information at ridgewoodvenice.com
You can request a tarp at Blue Roof through Army Corp of Engineers, 888-766-3258
If you have BroadStar with a Wally Box and your cable isn’t working, press “RESET” and hold for 10 seconds, it should reset the box.
If you have cable or internet with anyone other than BroadStar, you will need to call that company. If you have BroadStar and still don’t have cable or internet, you will need to call BroadStar.
The laundry room is open and machines are operating. If you need quarters, see Anne in the office.
We are still available to help anyone wanting to submit an application to FEMA. Call or come by the clubhouse to see Suzie or to make an appointment to see her. You can get information about FEMA at WWW.DisasterAssistance.gov
Clubhouse and Pool
The Clubhouse is OPEN FOR BUSINESS! We have some non-perishable food and clothing items that have been donated by people in our community and beyond!
We are still working on getting a crane to take the tower down and then we can open the pool. We will let you know.
The City of Venice will start to pick up storm debris on October 5. IF you can pick up debris in your yard, pile it at the side of the lawn. Be sure to use work gloves. Don’t pick up anything that would put you in danger, wait for assistance.
